RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

At Give Wink and givewink.com, we strive to make sure you are always satisfied with your purchase.
Most items can be returned within 30 days of purchase if unopened and unassembled, in original condition and packaging, including all tags, instructions, and blank warranty cards. A store credit will be issued for all valid returns (less shipping costs and surcharges).
For orders that qualified for free shipping, the customer is still responsible for return shipping costs and surcharges.

Custom bedding, personalized items, special orders and sale items are not returnable or exchangeable unless damaged or defective.

Embroidered items are guaranteed for 30 days after date of purchase. Loose threads and/or fading are considered normal wear and tear.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS
Items personalized in house are generally completed in 2 to 3 business days. Holidays and large orders may delay your order so if you need your items on a specific day be sure to send us an email and upgrade your shipping method. We will always do our best to meet your deadline. Completion of items  that are personalized by third party suppliers may vary and we are not responsible for delays.

SAME DAY EMBROIDERY SERVICE
For local customers, rush embroidery (same business day) is available at an additional fee of $10 per item. 

 

COM (Customer´s Own Material)

We will gladly embroider items purchased elsewhere for a fee. Pricing depends on item being embroidered, quantity and size of embroidery.
Give Wink is not liable or responsible for damages incurred to the item during embroidery.

 

ASSEMBLY SERVICES
For customers ordering larger items like furniture, strollers and highchairs in the Miami Area, local delivery and assembly services are available. Additional fees apply.
